For female users who wish to monetize their interactions, we also collect your full name as per PAN card, PAN number, bank account holder's name, bank name, and bank account number for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and withdrawal purposes.
  • Profile Information: Your chosen display name (e.g., "Prasad," "manasvini," "Arundhati"), selected avatar, and languages you speak (e.g., Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil).
  • Communication Content: The content of your audio and video calls on the App. Please be aware that your calls are not recorded by us.
  • Financial Transaction Information: Details related to your purchases of coins (via Razorpay) and withdrawal requests (for female users). This includes the amount, date, and type of transaction.
  • User Generated Content (UGC): Ratings and reviews you provide for other users.
  • Customer Support: Information you provide when you contact our customer support.
  • b. Information We Collect Automatically:
  • Usage Data: Information about how you access and use the App, including your interactions with other users, session duration (e.g., 7 seconds, 32 seconds), type of session (audio/video), features used, and approximate earnings/coins spent.

  • Log Data: Information that your browser sends whenever you visit our App, such as the time and date of your visit and other statistics.

  • To Ensure Safety and Security: To prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activities, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions. This includes monitoring for and addressing restricted content as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

  • To Communicate with You: To send you service-related notifications, updates, and support messages.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: To meet legal and regulatory requirements, including KYC verification for financial transactions as required by Indian law for withdrawals.

  • With Other Users: Your public profile information (display name, avatar, languages spoken) is visible to other users. Information about past sessions (e.g., call type, duration, coins spent/earned) is accessible to you and relevant to the other party involved in the session. Ratings and reviews you provide are visible to the rated user and potentially to other users.
  • With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Razorpay), data analytics, and customer support. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
